The Northern Territory has unveiled the technical concept design for the new marine facilities at Mandorah.
The release of the final technical design aims to provide more certainty for the construction industry and deliver infrastructure, supporting more than 270 jobs.
NT-based company Cardno was awarded the detailed design tender, which also supported local jobs.
The Northern Territory Government has currently budgeted $50 million to deliver the project.
The facility will include a breakwater structure/rock groyne, a gangway and floating pontoon to improve access for mobility impaired users and users with prams, piles/pylon to support the floating pontoon, a boat ramp, a fishing facility and onshore supporting infrastructure.
