Builder INKA, a Zorzi Group initiative, will deliver the homes using a lightweight timber frame, to help them remain affordable and efficient.

Stockland Zinc Lane Terraces come in four designs for homebuyers to choose from, each with a modern colour palette to complement the warmth of the composite timber exterior.

Stockland WA General Manager Residential Col Dutton said Stockland is pleased to expand its rapidly growing built form capability beyond The Terraces in Treeby and Canopy in Glendalough, bringing to life this industry-first project with INKA.

“Stockland Calleya has experienced strong demand, with homebuyers attracted to the community’s facilities that have been planned and developed to create a thriving community hub in the heart of Treeby,” Dutton said.

INKA General Manager Danielle Devereux said the group is excited to be partnering with a national and highly regarded property development group for one of its first milestone projects.

“We’ve worked closely with the Stockland team to develop a unique terrace design that encompasses premium features and identifiable elevations, which we anticipate to be highly sought after by homebuyers in a growing luxury townhouse market at an affordable price point. Stockland’s Zinc Lane Terraces will be built in a block formation, with each terrace having street access through the front and rear of the property.

Upon completion, Calleya will be home to up to 6000 residents and consist of a total of 2030 homes, incorporating 132 terrace homes, 157 homes in Aspire (over 55s retirement living microcommunity), 39 Wintergreen two-storey homes and 1703 residential lots.
