The first sod has been turned on the next phase of development at Kingfisher Grove Retirement Village in Jordon Springs, NSW.
The project will see the construction three apartment buildings and a $5 million community clubhouse.
Upon completion, the apartment buildings will offer 139 units that range from one, two and three bedrooms with secure basement parking and storage.
Each apartment is designed to take advantage of natural light and give a sense of space, with open plan layouts, and air conditioning.
The 1350 square metre clubhouse will offer a heated indoor pool, cinema, gym, bar, library, craft room, dining area and indoor bowls along with an outdoor terrace and BBQ area.

Kingfisher Grove residents have exclusive access to resort-style facilities and the social, security and low maintenance benefits of living in an over-55s community.
Lendlease Managing Director, Retirement Living, Nathan Cockerill, said the company’s focus is to provide sustainable living solutions for Australia’s fastest growing demographic.
“The new apartment buildings will expand on the already close-knit community, and we know residents are thrilled to be getting a beautiful new clubhouse with all its facilities nearby as a place to socialise, relax and enjoy living well,” Cockerill said.
The village will be home to nearly 300 residents once completed in 2025.
