Kingfisher Grove residents have exclusive access to resort-style facilities and the social, security and low maintenance benefits of living in an over-55s community.
Lendlease Managing Director, Retirement Living, Nathan Cockerill, said the company’s focus is to provide sustainable living solutions for Australia’s fastest growing demographic.
“The new apartment buildings will expand on the already close-knit community, and we know residents are thrilled to be getting a beautiful new clubhouse with all its facilities nearby as a place to socialise, relax and enjoy living well,” Cockerill said.
The village will be home to nearly 300 residents once completed in 2025.
