Building works have commenced on four apartment buildings in Alexandria, Sydney, as part of an industrial development called Alex Collective.
The four buildings, reaching four, seven and eight storeys, were designed by architect Andrew Burns are being built by Ceerose. The development will feature 163 apartments.
The intricate brickwork structures will surround a green heart garden with cabana styled seating flanked by a magnesium pool, designed by Landscape Architects Site Image Group. The design also integrates saw-tooth roofs, light wells and sky bridges to highlight the industrial character of the project.
Ceerose Managing Director, Edward Doueihi said it is a privilege to be appointed as the construction contractor for Alex Collective.
