Construction has commenced on luxury property developer Chiodo’s $17.5 million townhouse development project in Ashburton, Melbourne.
The three-storey townhouse project at 348 Warrigal Road, will offer eight residences, each with their own personal lift and choice of a wine cellar or theatre room in the basement of each residence.
Franco Builders have been appointed to deliver the town homes, designed by architecture and design practice Studio Mint. Chiodo has also partnered with prefab manufacturers Nextform to deliver an efficient, low-risk, low-waste build, with a completion date set for December 2021.
The residences offer a number of amenities, including lock-up garages to private storage space and internal elevators.
