MB Solutions Australia has acquired Bluey Technologies, a supplier of construction projects for major civil engineering infrastructure projects.
The acquisition will allow MB Solutions Australia to deliver a range of benefits for its customers in the construction, infrastructure and mining sectors. It will provide MBS Solutions Australia with access to a larger and more diverse pool of expertise, expanded in-house manufacturing, product testing and research and development capabilities.
Following its recent separation from BASF Group, MB Solutions Australia became part of MBCC Group and was looking to grow the Australian and New Zealand customer experience with its main brand Master Builders Solutions.
The company approached Bluey Technologies late last year to discuss the acquisition.
MB Solutions Australia Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand, Jason Bolt said Master Builders Solutions and Bluey Technologies have a strong focus on innovation and sustainability and have a long history of being at the forefront of materials and technologies for the construction, infrastructure and mining sectors.

Bluey Technologies Founder Daniel Bosco said the acquisition enables Bluey to continue offering the same services and products to it current and future customers.

“With our newly expanded capabilities, we’ll be better able to develop and deliver high-quality products and solutions faster than ever before. customers on the ground, regardless of their location,” he said.
