Laing O’Rourke has appointed its first ever Group Head of Sustainability, following the reveal of its global sustainability targets.
Vicky Bullivant will join the company from Drax Group plc, where she was Head of Sustainable Business, and will report to Group Director of Legal Madeleina Loughrey-Grant.
Laing O’Rourke aims to achieve operational net zero by 2030, become a net zero company before 2050 and achieve an equal gender balance across its 5500 global staff by 2033.
As Head of Sustainability, Bullivant will be responsible for the implementation of the company’s road maps in Europe and Australia.
“I am delighted to be joining Laing O’Rourke at an exciting time on its sustainability journey,” Bullivant said.

Laing O’Rourke Group Director Madeleina Loughrey-Grant said he is delighted that Bullivant is joining the business.
