Property developer Pierce Property has awarded a $14 million construction contract to build a luxury apartment building on Sydney’s lower north shore.
Dynamic Projects was appointed as builder for the project and will construct 18 apartments in the Sydney suburb of Cammeray.
The five-storey building will include a selection of two and three bedroom apartments with floor to ceiling picture-frame windows.
The project’s architect, DKO, has designed the building to maximise the site’s view corridors and incorporate the surrounding nature.
Pierce Property Director Andrew Zhao said Dynamic Projects has an excellent reputation and a solid track record having delivered several similar boutique, high-end developments to an exceptional standard.

“The company’s workmanship is remarkable which aligns with our principles at Pierce Property in striving to deliver an unmatched quality for our buyers,” Zhao said.
Dynamic Projects Managing Director Michael Doueihi said the company was delighted to be partnering with Pierce Property to deliver a truly exceptional boutique development.
“The Riserva development itself is perched high on an elevated site – on one the highest points of Cammeray so the project is not without its challenges, but our team is highly competent, efficient and well equipped for the task. We have delivered several similarly complex residential projects and have no doubt Riserva will be crafted to an exceptional standard,” Doueihi said.
Construction will begin soon and is expected to be completed in late 2022.
