Property developer Pierce Property has awarded a $14 million construction contract to build a luxury apartment building on Sydney’s lower north shore.
Dynamic Projects was appointed as builder for the project and will construct 18 apartments in the Sydney suburb of Cammeray.
The five-storey building will include a selection of two and three bedroom apartments with floor to ceiling picture-frame windows.
The project’s architect, DKO, has designed the building to maximise the site’s view corridors and incorporate the surrounding nature.
Pierce Property Director Andrew Zhao said Dynamic Projects has an excellent reputation and a solid track record having delivered several similar boutique, high-end developments to an exceptional standard.

Construction will begin soon and is expected to be completed in late 2022.
