The Georgiou Group has been appointed as the preferred contractor under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) for the first stage of the redevelopment of St John of God’s Subiaco Hospital, WA.
The scope of works includes refurbishment works to the kitchen and Sterilising Services Department (SSD), along with lift installation in the hospital’s central courtyard.
Georgiou Building General Manager Steve Okill said the company was thrilled to be named preferred on this project.
“We’re delighted to be appointed as preferred contractor for the first stage of the $300+ million Subiaco Hospital Redevelopment. Our strategy over the past two years has centred on being selective in the projects we tender and the clients we choose to work with and this project is a perfect example of this,” he said.
