A $300 million office building will be built in Adelaide’s CBD for the South Australian Government, and will support up to 2000 jobs during the COVID-19 recovery.
Cbus Property will deliver the office building, which will house the South Australian Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure as an anchor tenant.
Cbus Super CEO David Atkin said the development, located at 83 Pirie Street, comes at an important time for the construction industry in the state.
