The Brisbane City Council has selected ADCO as the builder of choice for the Brisbane Metro Depot Works project.
The $64 million project is located in Rochedale, in Brisbane’s south, and includes the design and construction of the new Brisbane Metro Depot – a facility that will maintain and operate the initial fleet of 60 Metro vehicles.
Design work will soon begin and will allow for future expansion. It will also aim for a 5 Star Greenstar rating.

ADCO will work alongside project partners nettletontribe Architects, Bornhorst+Ward, Integral Group and Shamrock Civil Engineering to deliver the project.
Construction will commence in the middle of 2021, and is expected to be completed by mid-2023
