The Queensland Investment Corporation has selected a builder for the new Robina Town Centre Office Building project on the Gold Coast.
ADCO will deliver a single-stage commercial office building which includes base building, integrated fit out and the diversion of Edgewater Court.
The building will be delivered in four separable portions, with construction to include modifications to the existing road works and upgrading and relocating existing services infrastructure.
The two wings of the building will be connected by a common core and 7138 square metres of net lettable area commercial office space.
The design of the building aims to meet a 5 Star Office Base Building NABERS Energy rating and a 4 Star NABERS Water rating.
