European construction giant STRABAG has finalised its acquisition of Georgiou Group, with the settlement now officially complete.
Georgiou Group will continue to operate under its existing name, maintaining the quality, expertise and commitment it has upheld throughout its 47-year history.
Commenting on the acquisition in November 2024, Georgiou Group chief executive officer Gary Georgiou said, “By joining the STRABAG Group, Georgiou will benefit from being part of a large, sophisticated multi-national organisation through increased financial backing and access to proven technical capability, experience and assets that extend beyond our current resources.”
