Gold Coast-based building company Condev Construction have begun works on Frasers Property Australia’s $121 million masterplanned community in Brisbane’s east.
Minnippi Quarter, located eight kilometres from the CBD in the precinct of Carina, will have 172 terrace houses, 20 land lots and extensive amenities.
The 5.2-hectare residential community is being developed by Frasers Property Australia and is expected to house 480 people once complete.
Condev Construction Managing Director Steve Marais says commencing work on the development was a major win for the company as it expands its workbook in the state’s capital.

The terrace homes offer a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom configurations.
A quarter of the community will be dedicated to green space and resident amenities to provide privacy and leisure space. Amenities include a gymnasium, parkland views and a 25-metre lap pool with an infinity edge overlooking green space.
In addition, the community will also have a car and dog wash facility, secure parcel lockers, private dining room and entertainer’s kitchen and 6000 square metres of private parkland.
Condev Construction and Frasers Property Australia previously collaborated to deliver terrace homes at Cova, a masterplanned community located in Hope Island.
