The Western Australian Government has selected its builder of choice for a $13 million central Fremantle fitout project.
ADCO was chosen for the project, which includes a fitout of all tenant areas in the North campus with selected other works anticipated to the tenant lobbies on the ground level.
The project is located between Queens Street, Newman Court and William Street and offers around 14,510 square metres of office accommodation.

Other components on the project include the demolition of ceiling and floor finished, installing building services, new office fit out works with specialist ceilings, partitioning, fixtures and fittings, and installing furniture and workstations.
ADCO has previously undertaken similar works in commercial sector construction, completing the State Administrative Tribunal Fitout and the Mirrabooka Government Office Fitout for the WA Government.
