Overview:
WAZER PRO can cut through sheets of any material including metal, stone, glass, ceramic, composites, plastic, rubber, and foam.
Cutting Area - 305 mm x 460 mm
Cut Bed Size - 330 mm x 485 mm
Kerf (width of cut) - 1.2 mm
Increased cutting pressures means the WAZER PRO can cut 2-4 times faster than the desktop model with the same abrasive rate, reducing consumable cost and running time considerably.
WAZER Pro cuts up to 25mm Aluminium, 10mm Mild & Stainless steel, 25mm Stone or rubber.
The WAZER PRO has with the ability to cut submerged up to 10mm for quieter cutting.
The absolute zero locating feature allows you to easily create re-useable fixtures for repeat jobs.
Fitted with a water spray Nozzle allowing cut components to be cleaned inside the WAZER PRO.
WAZER WAM Design Software
Wazer Pro operates with an online file prep tool called WAM. WAM will work with any software capable of exporting a design as a .dxf or .svg file. WAM eliminates the need to have a laptop at the machine workstation. Here is a typical workflow:
1. Create your design in any design software/CAD program which can export .dxf or .svg files
2. Upload your file into WAM, position your design, choose a material setting and cut quality.
3. Save your cut file from WAM to an SD card.
4. Insert the SD card into WAZER and cut!
