The TMK 400 tree shear meets professional forest management needs and can efficiently carry out tasks such as removing large problem trees. If you want to handle big trees safely, the TMK 400 is just what you need.
This shear will cut up to 400 mm softwood and 350 hardwood trees comfortably, so the TMK 400 is optimal shear for larger scale vegetation clearance and problem tree removals. TMK 400 fits to 10-30 ton excavators and large skid steers.

Recommended hydraulic pressure: From 180-300 Bar (depending on cylinder choice)
Hydraulic flow: From 80-150L/minute (depending on cylinder choice)
Head brackets are welded onto bolt-on plates, which makes it possible to change the brackets quickly. This enables the same shear to be used with multiple different machines.
One blank bolt-on fitting plate is included with the shear. We can supply custom fabricated lugging to suit your existing quick coupler for a small additional cost.
Current stock comes pre-fitted with 'TMK Turbo' cylinder - this unique two stage cylinder gives great cutting performance even at lower pressures. Cycle time is fast with TMK Turbo - a smaller cylinder works first, and then when this runs out of power the bigger cylinder starts working automatically.
Due to TMKs 4-in-1 hydraulics, optional shear attachments can be used without extra hydraulics. The shears modular structure makes it possible to easily retrofit the attachments, a bit like adding lego blocks.

- Delimber: helps make the most of energy wood
- BrushGrapple: weld-on blade makes it easy to neatly cut even the smallest of twigs
