Product Description:
Industrial De-bagging Unit with Auger, plus Advanced Dust Control System; it can be used in various industries for maintaining clean and safe working environments by capturing airborne dust particles and contaminants, while seamlessly removing and disposing of bag packaging and carrying out the contents where it needs to be.
How it works:
At waist height, the front door panel tray pivots open to allow horizontal placement of bag onto a spiked tray that punctures and secures the bag from beneath while the bag is slit open from above.
With motorised auger spinning and filtration unit fan functional, when the door is closed, the bags contents falls through the rear section of the chamber and is seamlessly carried through by the screw auger and extracted through the side;
The bag packaging itself falls through a chute in the front section of the chamber, while airborne dust particulates and contaminants are sucked through a filtration unit from above. A filter chamber captures the dust particulates, while very fine dust and fumes are extracted through the top corner.
